At the start of Paul's culinary career, he opened Last Call B.B.Q., a late-night catering company focusing on fusing southern B.B.Q. techniques with California style cuisine. He has studied at the French Culinary Institute and with Michelin star chef, Bruno Chemel. Currently, he serves as a multi-unit executive chef at a major tech company in Mountain View, where he oversees culinary operations for at least four cafes and two coffee bars and helps to feed over 6,000 people daily. His true passion is B.B.Q. and teaching others how to cook B.B.Q. Whether it’s the cut of meat, the rub, the sauce, or discussing the temperature of a smoker and the path of the smoke is traveling, he’s a true expert.
Anna has been rocking the food and beverage industry for over 12 years. Today, she manages the food and beverage program at a major tech company in Mountain View, where the culinary team feeds over 5,000 people daily, and previously, she created and cooked healthy menus for over 700 guests daily with a small team of passionate cooks. Anna has co-authored three books: The DASH Diet Cookbook: Quick and Delicious Recipes for Losing Weight, Preventing Diabetes, and Lowering Blood Pressure, The Low GI Slow Cooker: Delicious and Easy Dishes Made Healthy With the Glycemic Index, and The Matcha Miracle: Boost Energy, Focus and Health with Matcha Green Tea Powder.
